CARE IN YOUR AREA
Explore the area
For members in Ross, PrimaryMD means a physician-led team of four who know you over time, so each conversation builds on the last. You start with a two-hour intake and a six-week baseline, leave with one prioritized plan, and meet your physician each quarter to review a single focus. Between visits, you can reach your team by video or text, and blood work is drawn at home. In person, you see your physician at PrimaryMD San Mateo, while our care network is where lab work, urgent needs, and after-hours care happen.
Ross sits in the Ross Valley along Sir Francis Drake Boulevard, which meets US-101 at Greenbrae. From there, US-101 crosses the Golden Gate Bridge and follows Lombard Street toward Van Ness, and the Golden Gate Ferry from Larkspur Landing is the other way into the city. Our care network's San Francisco 24/7 Center stays open around the clock at 1005 Van Ness Avenue. PrimaryMD San Mateo, open weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., is at 101 South San Mateo Drive.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

Discuss care in your areaIn Ross, PrimaryMD offers the time and access that concierge care promises, then puts them to work in a broader model. Your physician-led team shapes one plan from your baseline, tells you what to act on and what to leave alone, and manages the specialist visits and records that tend to scatter. We sell no supplements and do not mark up tests; our only interest is getting the plan right.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS
PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.
Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.
Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.
Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.
MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE
Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.
