LOCAL CARE. AN ONGOING RELATIONSHIP.
Relationship-based concierge primary care in Belvedere: a physician-led team, blood drawn at home, and our San Francisco 24/7 Center across the Golden Gate.

CARE IN YOUR AREA
Explore the area
In Belvedere, PrimaryMD gives you one physician-led team of four that comes to know your history, your goals, and the shape of your week. Your first six weeks gather records, include a two-hour intake, and end in a single prioritized plan, and a quarterly review keeps it current. Much of the work reaches you on the Tiburon Peninsula: a mobile phlebotomist draws blood at home, and many check-ins happen by video. Physician visits in person take place at PrimaryMD San Mateo, and the centers in our care network handle lab work, urgent needs, and after-hours care.
The nearest location is part of our care network: the San Francisco 24/7 Center, which never closes, at 1005 Van Ness Avenue. From Belvedere, take Tiburon Boulevard to US-101 and follow it across the Golden Gate Bridge and along Lombard Street to Van Ness, or ride the Golden Gate Ferry from downtown Tiburon to the Ferry Building. For physician visits, PrimaryMD San Mateo, in Suite 311 of 101 South San Mateo Drive, welcomes members weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

Discuss care in your areaConcierge care improves time and access; in Belvedere, PrimaryMD treats that time as the starting point, not the whole offer. Your team uses it to build a clear picture from your baseline, to decide with you what needs action and what can wait, and to carry the follow-through with specialists and records. No recommendation here has a sales motive behind it: we sell no supplements and do not mark up tests.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS
PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.
Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.
Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.
Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.
MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE
Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.
