CARE IN YOUR AREA
Explore the area
Corte Madera members of PrimaryMD have a physician-led team of four who know their health well enough to notice what has changed. It begins with your story: records, medications, and family history gathered in the first two weeks, then a two-hour intake and a baseline, then one plan where every finding has a next step. Blood draws come to your home, and quarterly reviews keep the plan current. Your physician sees you by video or at PrimaryMD San Mateo; lab work, urgent needs, and after-hours care happen within our care network.
Corte Madera sits right on US-101. The highway crosses the Golden Gate Bridge and follows Lombard Street to Van Ness Avenue. Our care network's San Francisco 24/7 Center is located there, at 1005 Van Ness Avenue, and is open 24/7. If you would rather not drive, the Golden Gate Ferry leaves from neighboring Larkspur. Your physician is based at PrimaryMD San Mateo, 101 South San Mateo Drive, where the clinic day on weekdays starts at 8:30 a.m. and wraps up at 5:30 p.m.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

Discuss care in your areaFor Corte Madera members, PrimaryMD keeps what concierge care does well, time and access, and builds a broader model around it. One physician-led team owns the whole picture: your baseline, your priorities, and the steps in between, from referrals and second opinions to insurance. Because we sell no supplements and do not mark up tests, advice to watch and wait carries the same weight as advice to act.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS
PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.
Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.
Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.
Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.
MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE
Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.
