CARE IN YOUR AREA
Explore the area
In Mill Valley, PrimaryMD members have a physician-led team of four, and one of the four is a clinical exercise physiologist. Your baseline measures DEXA, VO2 max, resting metabolic rate, and grip strength, and a monthly session turns those results into training that fits the way you already move, on Mount Tam or anywhere else. A two-hour intake and blood work drawn at home fill out the first weeks, and quarterly physician reviews follow. You see your physician at PrimaryMD San Mateo or by video.
From Mill Valley, US-101 heads south over the Golden Gate Bridge and along Lombard Street to Van Ness Avenue. The San Francisco 24/7 Center, open day and night at 1005 Van Ness Avenue, is part of our care network. PrimaryMD San Mateo, our clinic at 101 South San Mateo Drive, is farther down US-101 and open from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. on weekdays.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

Discuss care in your areaConcierge care improves time and access, and in Mill Valley PrimaryMD uses that time for something specific: one plan that joins your physician's judgment with your exercise physiology results. The team decides with you what to act on, what to monitor, and what to set aside, then coordinates specialists and records. We do not sell supplements or mark up tests, so no recommendation comes with a product attached.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS
PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.
Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.
Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.
Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.
MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE
Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.
