As a PrimaryMD member in Sea Cliff, you have a physician-led team of four who get to know your history and goals over time. Membership starts with a two-hour intake and a baseline that includes whole-genome sequencing, blood work drawn at home, and physiology testing with a clinical exercise physiologist, then settles into a quarterly physician review with one focus at a time. You see your physician by video or at PrimaryMD San Mateo. Our care network's San Francisco 24/7 Center on Van Ness Avenue handles lab work, urgent needs, and after-hours care.

Much of your care reaches Sea Cliff by video, phone, or text. When you need to be seen, Geary Boulevard takes you east toward Van Ness Avenue, where our care network's San Francisco 24/7 Center (1005 Van Ness Avenue) is open around the clock. For physician visits, I-280 leads south to SR-92 and on to PrimaryMD San Mateo, 101 South San Mateo Drive, which is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. every weekday. The Palo Alto Center at 555 Middlefield Road is also part of our care network.

Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

How is PrimaryMD different from other concierge doctors in Sea Cliff?

Concierge care improves time and access, and PrimaryMD gives Sea Cliff members both, along with a team whose roles are clear. Your physician leads, your care coordinator handles referrals, records, and insurance questions, your exercise physiologist runs the monthly sessions, and your medical assistant keeps the details moving, so one plan holds everything together. We sell no supplements and do not mark up tests, which keeps our advice simple.

OUR CLINICAL LEADERSHIP

Meet the physicians.

Get to know the physicians helping shape PrimaryMD’s approach to care. Our membership team can explain the care team and availability in your area.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS

A clear beginning. Care that continues.

PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.

  1. Understand your starting point

Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.

  2. Build the relationship

Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.

  3. Review and adapt

Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.

MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE

One membership.
A continuing relationship.

  • A dedicated physician-led care team
  • Comprehensive intake and an individualized care plan
  • Recurring clinical review and coordinated follow-through

Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.
