CARE IN YOUR AREA
Explore the area
PrimaryMD gives Presidio Heights members a physician-led team of four that starts by learning the full story: your records, imaging, medications, specialist notes, and family history. A two-hour intake and a full baseline follow, and by the end of your sixth week you have one prioritized plan, reviewed with your physician every quarter. Visits with your physician are held at PrimaryMD San Mateo or by video. The closest stop for lab work, urgent needs, and after-hours care is our care network's San Francisco 24/7 Center, on Van Ness Avenue.
California Street and Geary Boulevard both carry you east to Van Ness Avenue; the San Francisco 24/7 Center, at 1005 Van Ness Avenue, keeps its doors open around the clock. PrimaryMD San Mateo sits at 101 South San Mateo Drive in Suite 311 and is open to members on weekdays, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; I-280 and US-101 both lead down the Peninsula, and SR-92 connects them in San Mateo. The Palo Alto Center at 555 Middlefield Road adds evening hours on weekdays.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.

Discuss care in your areaConcierge care improves time and access, and PrimaryMD offers both to Presidio Heights members while treating that time as a long relationship. Your whole genome is sequenced once and reinterpreted as the evidence evolves, your physiology is revisited with an exercise physiologist every month, and your team coordinates any specialist you need. Since there are no supplements to sell and no markups on tests, recommendations stay tied to your results.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS
PrimaryMD brings primary care, prevention, and ongoing follow-through into one physician-led relationship. Your care team gets to know your history, priorities, and daily life, then works with you on a plan that can evolve over time.
Begin with your health history, questions, and goals. Your physician uses that context to guide a meaningful baseline assessment.
Work with a dedicated care team on shared priorities and practical next steps, with support for everyday primary care.
Return to your plan through recurring clinical review. Your team brings new information and changing needs into the conversation.
MEMBERSHIP AT A GLANCE
Membership is not health insurance. Insurance remains important for hospital care, specialists, procedures, medications, and services outside the membership.
