The first six weeks cover your records, a two-hour intake, and a baseline, and the result is one plan in which every finding has a next step. From there, a quarterly physician review keeps the plan current. Physician visits take place at PrimaryMD San Mateo or over video. For lab work, urgent needs, and after-hours care, our care network's San Francisco 24/7 Center on Van Ness Avenue is the place to go.
The 22nd Street Caltrain station sits at the foot of Potrero Hill, and trains from there continue down the Peninsula to San Mateo, near PrimaryMD San Mateo at 101 South San Mateo Drive, Suite 311. The clinic sees members from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on weekdays. By car, US-101 and I-280 run along either side of the hill. In the city, the San Francisco 24/7 Center never closes; you will find it at 1005 Van Ness Avenue.
Traditional primary care panels often run into the thousands. Each PrimaryMD care team is capped at 150 members, so your team has time to know you.
